The service
Loadout is a Chrome extension that helps an Amazon Delivery Service Partner plan and run its daily dispatch. It works inside the DSP's own logged-in sessions, and every change it makes on another platform is confirmed by a person first. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
Sign-in text messages (SMS)
- Program. Loadout sign-in codes. The owner of a Loadout account signs in with one code sent to their email and another texted to their mobile number.
- Consent. The owner gives their own mobile number when the Loadout account is created, and can change it in My profile inside the extension. By giving it, the owner agrees to receive sign-in codes by text at that number.
- What is sent. Only a one-time six-digit code, and only when the owner asks for one on the Loadout sign-in screen. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies: one message each time the owner requests a code.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. Because the code is how the owner signs in, Loadout support will then help the owner change how they sign in. Reply HELP for help, or write to dspagentus@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Sharing. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
